Meet Our Team
John Bajerski
President
John Bajerski is the president of Levra Financial Group. He earned his Bachelor of Arts
degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His
background and work experience after college has been in various fields of the financial
sector including real estate management, long-term care planning and retirement asset
protection. He is passionate about protecting his client’s assets from the devastating
consequences of declining health (long-term care planning) as well as the unfavorable
circumstances of volatile markets (safe money choices).
The main goal of Levra Financial Group is to provide their clients with the peace of
mind needed to enjoy their retirement. They achieve this goal by minimizing risk and
keeping things simple allowing their clients to be more confident about their retirement
savings strategies.
John was raised in Franklin Park, Illinois. He has been married to his wife, Nancy, for
29 years. They have three kids, Evan, Nora and Luke. John believes to be successful
you must be honest, respectful and committed to what you do. These values make him
the professional that he is today.
Interesting fact…. What is Levra? In March of 2005, John started Evra, Inc. named after
his two kids, Evan and Nora. One year later his son, Luke, was born. Although it took
7 years, in 2013 John renamed his company Levra Financial to include his third child in
the name of his business; Luke, Evan and Nora = Levra.
Evan Bajerski
Agent
Evan Bajerski is one of the licensed insurance agents of Levra Financial Group. He earned his degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Evan is proudly carrying on the legacy of the family insurance business his mother and father built. Evan specializes in working with our clients to craft customized retirement solutions that are simple and easy to understand.
Evan was raised in Lake Zurich, IL. He grew up learning the family business and how important it is to navigate an ever-changing financial environment. Evan believes to be successful you must be hard-working, honest, and committed to what you do. In his spare time, Evan enjoys playing golf, fishing, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Monika Chabura
Administrative Assistant
Monika Chabura's title is Administrative Assistant with LEVRA Financial Group. She has a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Her responsibilities include handling office operations, data and file management, as well as seminar preparations and appointment setting. She's also the notary for our office.
Monika enjoys meeting new people and learning more about them, as well as how we can help them achieve their personal financial goals. Additionally, she enjoys the flexible schedule this job allows her. Overall, she's personable, dependable, and resourceful when needed. In her spare time, she likes to read and, of course, spend time with her husband and their three children.
Nancy Bajerski
Director of Operations & Client Services
Nancy Bajerski is Director of Operations and Client Services with Levra Financial Group. She’s tasked with overseeing daily operations for our three locations and acting as the primary customer service contact for our clients. If you reach out to us now, you’ll most likely meet Nancy.
Nancy enjoys interacting with our clients and also appreciates that she gets to work alongside her family. When not working, she enjoys boating, fishing, cooking, generally staying active, and of course, spending time with her husband and their three children (and their dog).

We know that not everyone is as fortunate as we are, which is why we believe in the importance of giving back. We do this in a variety of ways—through fundraisers, charity events, and more. To make it happen, we proudly work with several incredible charities and are committed to nurturing those partnerships. Some of the groups we support include:
- Special Olympics, the world’s largest sports organization for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a leader in the fight against childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
- The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, the largest nonprofit funder of research aimed at ending Parkinson’s disease.
- Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF), driving forward groundbreaking research and treatment for prostate cancer.
- Ronald McDonald House, providing care and support for families with children facing serious medical challenges.
